U.S. to Allow Dark-Fleet Tankers to Shed Sanctions, Wright Says

The Trump administration is authorizing the sale of sanctioned oil tankers in an effort to allow the vessels to start legitimately shipping crude, US Energy Secretary Chris Wright said.
